How may I arrange for a status certificate? Arrangement for a status certificate may be made by fax (613) 834-9338. Please provide the unit number, locker and parking space numbers as well as the legal description of the property being purchased. The cost of a status certificate is $100.00 payable upon request of the status certificate. In most instances a certificate can be produced within 2-3 days.

How may I book the elevator for a move? By contacting the superintendent (613) 228-3311 during regular business hours. You will be required to sign an elevator reservation form and provide a damage deposit cheque.

How may I book the party room? By contacting the superintendent (613) 228-3311 during regular business hours. You will be required to sign a Party Room Reservation Form and provide a damage deposit cheque.

How may I obtain additional front door keys and/or unit keys? The superintendent keeps additional front building keys and fobs on hand.

How do I make arrangements for condominium fee payments? Prior to your taking possession of your new condominium you must contact the property management firm in order to make arrangements for payment of your monthly condo fees, either by way of a series of post dated cheques or Pre-Authorized payments.
